Karen Ingerslev

Karen Ingerslev is a healthcare innovator, researcher, and leader with over 20 years of experience. She trained as a pshychologist and holds a Cand.psych. degree from Aarhus University, as well as a PhD from Copenhagen Business School, where she specialised in innovation and leadership within public healthcare.

Karen has held leading positions at Aarhus University Hospital and in the Central Denmark Region, alongside a voluntary engagement in social entrepreneurship. She is the co-founder of Sager der Samler and Borgerdesign, and has been part of the organisation Social Sundhed since the initial idea to its national rollout.
